For the reasons disclosed in the order dated 14th December 2018, prayer for grant of pre­arrrest bail is made absolute in terms of prayer clause - (a) of the Application.

The Investigating Officer has instructed the learned APP that Applicant has appeared and co­operated the investigation. His physical condition is not fit to attend or to take him in custody.
