Learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27th October, 2021. He seeks the following corrections in the said order: (1) Instead of Writ Petition No.961 of 2021, it is to be corrected as Writ Petition No.961 of 2019 in the title." (2) In the paragraph 3 Table Sr.No.4060 of 2019 to be deleted.
(3) Para 13(iv), it is clarified that - (13(iv-a) The concerned respondent is also directed to allot the Provident Fund Account of petitioners in the post of "Librarian" and deduct the contribution of petitioners as per the old pension scheme".
(4) Similarly, Writ Petition No.4060 of 2019 - Shri Ajay Madhukar Kale V/s. State of Maharashtra is to be deleted from the title of the order dated 7.10.2021 and detagged. 3.
Having considered the application and having heard learned counsel for the parties, we deem it appropriate to pass the following order :
a).
In the title clause of the order dated 27th October, 2021, Writ Petition No.961 of 2021 be read as Writ Petition No.961 of 2019. b).
Similarly in the title of the order, Writ Petition No.4060 of 3/4
2019 Shri Ajay Madhukar Kale vs. State of Maharashtra be deleted and the said matter be detagged. In paragraph 3 of the said order, item no.7 be deleted.
c).
After paragraph 13(iv), the following directions be inserted as 13 (iv-a) :
13(iv-a) The concerned respondents is / are directed to allot provident fund account to the petitioners for the post of Librarian and deduct the contribution of the petitioners as per the old pension scheme.
Rest of the order remains as it is. The praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order is disposed of and corrected order be uploaded as soon as possible.
