After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Naveen Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants on instructions of the Applicants, seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application. He states that however, as the Applicants are conducting the business in the suit premises longer time to grant vacate the suit premises. 2.

Accordingly, Applicants to vacate the suit premises on or before 31st July 2025. The undertaking to that effect given by the learned Counsel for the Applicants on instructions of the Applicants, is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. Accordingly, the written undertaking be filed in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

It is further made clear that if on or before 31st July 2025 Applicants fail to vacate the suit premises, then the Court Receiver, High Vaibhav Page No. 1

14-cra-619-2019.doc Court, Bombay, shall stand appointed immediately after 1st August 2025 with respect to the suit premises and the Court Receiver to take steps in accordance with law in getting the vacant possession of the suit premises from the Applicants and handing over the same to the Respondent.

It is further clarified that if the undertaking given to this Court is violated then apart from the other remedies the Applicant will be liable for action for committing Contempt of this Court. 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn subject to above. As the Civil Revision Application is dismissed nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of.
