P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 13665 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 13th September, 2019. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation.

The learned counsel for the contesting Respondents has no serious objection for restoration of the Writ Petition. Sufficient cause is made out for restoration of the Writ Petition. In view thereof, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
