P.C.:- 1) Ms. Zubi Ansari, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 17th April 2024, the Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs. 50,000/- with the Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai, within stipulated period. 1.1) She tendered across the bar a photocopy of receipt dated 8th May 2024 issued by AXIS Bank, indicating transfer of funds through electronic mode in the concerned bank account. 1.2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 17th April 2024 are complied with.
