4] Application can be disposed of with the following order. 5] As non-applicant/husband is serving in School and is a custodian of the son who is looked after by his aged mother, non-applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs 4500/- in the Family Court, Solapur in Petition-A No.111/2018 till decision of the said Petition. On each date on which Applicant attends the said proceedings physically, she will be entitled to withdrawal of Rs 2000/- out of the said amount of deposit. 6] Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
