This is a motion for speaking to the minutes in the order dated 15th April, 2024.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that inadvertently, while typing the prayer clauses in memo of application, there is mistake i.e. instead of "Additional District Judge, Kalyan", it is wrongly typed as "Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan".

Consequently, the same is appearing in the order dated 15th April, 2024.

The learned advocate for the applicant therefore seeks SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2024.07.31 16:54:35 +0530 leave to amend the prayer clauses in the application.
