Perused reply fled by the State. The reply of the State shows that request of the Petitioner for his transfer to open prison would be considered now as per the ranking in the seniority of the prisoners. The reply does not show that the competent authority has not considered request of the Petitioner in accordance with law. That being so, we are of the opinion that purpose of the representation has stood served.
