Kathawala, JJ.) of this Court. By order dated 6 August 2019 the Division Bench had confirmed the order passed by the

The Division Bench has taken a view that no interference was warranted in the Appellate Authority's order and dismissed the Writ Petition. The grounds for review would show that the order is challenged on the ground that the order is erroneous and the memo of Review Petition reads like an Appeal memo. The remedy of review is entirely inappropriate in this case. Even if delay in filing this review is condoned, no case is made out to exercise review jurisdiction. 2.

Review Petition and the Application for condonation of delay are disposed of.
