In view of the fact that the original appellant has withdrawn the first appeal itself, the original applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant with the concerned M.A.C.T. unconditionally upon production of the authenticated copy of this order.

The applicant would be also permitted to withdraw the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- which would be transmitted by this court to the concerned M.A.C.T. with accrued interest.
