The difficulty posed by the learned counsel for the appellants is that the appellants want to change the lawyer. Sanjay Gopal Tawate, respondent No.3(c), who is present in the court, states that they want to discharge their advocate on record and are desirous of engaging the services of a new lawyer. He seeks three weeks' time for the said purpose.

I am inclined to grant time of four weeks so as to enable the appellants to engage the services of a new lawyer. In the wake of the above, the name of advocate G.N. Salunkhe be removed from the record and upon the new lawyer being engaged within four weeks from today, he shall stand substituted. 4.

By Interim Application No.1400 of 2019, the respondents seek urgent hearing of the appeal, which is admitted on 23/11/2017. In the wake of the compliance of the directions issued by this court on 23/11/2017 and since private paper-book is already filed and the appeal is ready for hearing, the same shall be listed before this court on 18/04/2022 under the caption 'For fixing up the appeals for final hearing'.
