Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. In terms of the order dated 18th February 2019, the applicant's mother was examined by Civil Surgeon, Ratnagiri. A certificate dated 5th March 2019 signed by the Civil Surgeon, Ratnagiri is taken on record and marked as "C­2" for identification. In this application, a temporary bail is claimed by the applicant on the ground of ailment of his mother. The application is based on the certificate dated 11th January 2019. Now, the certificate of 5th March 2019 issued by the Civil Surgeon, Ratnagiri records that the applicant's mother is physically fit . In view of the subsequent certificate, no relief can be granted in this application and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
