During the pendency of the Petition, the appointment of the Petitioner as the Assistant Teacher has received approval from Respondent No.2 and the Petitioner has also been allotted Shalarth ID. The documents in this regard are produced before the Court. They are taken on record. They are collectively marked as "A" for the purpose of identification.

Thus, the object of the Petition has been fulfilled. However, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has not been paid any arrears of salary so far. 4.

We direct the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to send the proposal to the Respondent No.2 for payment of admissible arrears to the Petitioner and we further direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 5 to process the proposal and ensure that the admissible arrears of salary are released to the Petitioner within a reasonable period of time. The entire process about release of admissible arrears to the Petitioner shall be completed by the Respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.

With these observations, the Petition is disposed of. No costs.
