The dispute arising out of non reflecting payment made by respondent No.2 in account of Gruh Finance Limited resulted in lodging of FIR No.778/2018 under sections 420, 465 and 467 of IPC. 2.

Later on accounts were reconciled and grievance of respondent No.2 is redressed therefore he and the petitioner are jointly seeking quashing of FIR.

The employer of the petitioner viz., Gruh Finance has also given its no objection. One Dharmesh J. Bhavsar, Regional Manager has placed on record affidavit to that effect.

In the situation, accepting the joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A).
