These applications are taken our for setting aside the abatement of the delay condonation application as well as second appeal as against Respondent No.14 and 18 respectively. It appears that Sneha Chavan 1/2
37-IA 1724-2019 & 1726-19.doc the abatement had taken place because these two Respondents could not be served on the addresses provided.

In the present applications, fresh addresses are provided in paragraph No. 7.

In view of above, the applications are disposed of by permitting the Applicants to serve Civil Application No. 1086 of 2018 (for delay condonation in filing Second Appeal) on the fresh addresses supplied by the Applicants.

IA/1724/2019 and IA/1726/2019 are disposed of. In CA/1086/2018 6.
Issue notice to Respondent No. 14 & 18 on the fresh addresses supplied in IA/1724/2019 and IA/1726/2019, returnable on 18.07.2025. It is clarified that notices will be issued without waiting for amendment, as fresh addresses are on record of IA/1724/2019 and IA/1726/2019.

For the purpose of record, leave is granted to amend fresh addresses of Respondent Nos. 14 & 18. Amendment to be carried out within 3 weeks.
