By this petition filed in the year 2019, the petitioner challenges the order dated 31st March, 2018 passed by the respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Akkalkot.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner requested two weeks time to seek instructions. However, from the memo of the petition and having regard to the reliefs claimed in the petition, the petition filed in the year 2019 will not survive.
