The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs and representatives of Respondent No.1 and for setting aside abatement against Respondent No.1.

Mr. Kapadnis, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1A, 1B and 2, strongly opposes the Application. 3.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d). 4.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today. Amended copy be served on the Respondents within a period of 4 weeks thereafter.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
