Paragraph No.16(ii), i.e., operative part of the Judgment dated 4th November 2025, shall be substituted with the following:
"(ii) Impugned orders dated 24.09.2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Solapur in Application No. Sangolabank/Kalam 101/748/2023-24 and Application No. Sangolabank/Kalam 101/747/202324 is quashed and set aside."
