P.C.:- This is an Application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the Applicants while releasing them on bail by an Order dated 21st October, 2005 in Criminal Application No.6739 of 2005. By the said condition, the Applicants have been directed to report on first Sunday of every month to Kadegaon police station, District Sangli.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, the Applicant No.2 is aged about 77 years as of today. That, since the date of their release on bail, they have scrupulously complied with the said condition and attended the Kadegaon police station without fail unless and 1/2

ssm 2 913-ia717.19.doc until exceptional circumstances prevailed to do so, like COVID-19 pandemic. He submitted that, for last more than 21 years the Applicants are complying with the said condition and therefore it may now be relaxed. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the condition of attendances qua the Applicant No.2 Mr. Sadashiv Kashinath Mohite is hereinafter relaxed permanently.

As far as Applicant No.1 Mr. Vikas Sadashiv Mohite is concerned, he is directed to attend Kadegaon police station, District Sangli hereinafter on every first Monday of every 3rd month i.e. 4 times in a year during the pendency of the present Appeal.
