The Applicant on 11th August 2023 had withdrawn the earlier application seeking anticipatory bail. 1.

The Investigating Officer on the last occasion submitted that the Applicant is absconding and necessary steps to declare him proclaimed offender are being taken.

In this application, no more change in circumstance has pleaded. Even during the arguments, the advocate for the Applicant is not in a position to point out change in circumstance. 3.

Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected. No costs.
