The Petition was disposed of on 20th February, 2019 as "not pressed" and the petitioner was directed to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property to the respondent on or before 8th March, 2019. The Petition was ordered to be listed today i.e on 11th March, 2019 for reporting compliance.

Mr. Walvekar has tendered photo copy of the possession receipt signed by husband of respondent No.2. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Walvekar submits that the petitioner has handed over possession of the hotel building and vacant premises surrounding the hotel in C.S. No.299, Hissa No.3 of Village Vadgaon, Taluka Hatkanangale, Dist. Kolhapur i.e the suit property to the respondents. Mr. Patil confirms the said fact.

As the order dated 20th February, 2019 is complied, no further orders are necessary. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file application before the District Court for disposal of the appeal in a time bound manner. If such application is made, the learned District Judge will pass appropriate order on that application. Order accordingly.
