Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

In Crime No. 218/2018 registered with Sangli Gramin Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail. The subject matter of the crime is a four wheeler which was

2 929.2668.18 .doc purchased on finance by the complainant and was used by the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle is already surrendered to the police on 28/12/2018. Since the submission is made on instructions, the same is accepted. As such, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. (A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 218/2018 registered with Sangli Gramin Police Station, applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/­ with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 20/02/2019, 23/02/2019 and 26/02/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

(C) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
