Heard Ms. Agarwal, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

By order dated 02.03.2023, present Writ Petition came to be disposed of in view of the Consent Terms filed by the parties which were taken on record.

Vide its submission dated 02.03.2023, Registrar (Judicial II) has noticed some typographical mistakes in the Consent Terms and the same are brought to my notice for seeking corrections thereto in order to keep the record correct so that the writ can be issued in terms of the order passed by this Court on 02.03.2023.

The correction that is sought is in paragraph No. 4, third line of the Consent Terms wherein there a reference to the case bearing "STC No. 683 of 2017" . The said case number shall be read as "STC No. 683 of 2015". Further in the penultimate sentence of the same

3. CIVIL WP-4185-2019.doc paragraph No. 4, the case number mentioned as "STC No. 615 of 2015" be read as "STC No. 683 of 2015".

Next it is stated that the date of the compromise pursis which was filed by the parties before the Trial Court in Akkalkot is dated "13.12.2021", however in paragraph no. 4 it has been incorrectly stated as "13.12.2019". The said date shall be read as "13.12.2021".

This order shall be read along with the order dated 02.03.2023 and the Consent Terms appended thereto executed between the parties.

With the above direction, the submission made by the Registrar (Judicial II) stands disposed.
