The above Appeal challenges the impugned order dated 26th June, 2019 passed by the Family Court, Solapur. By the impugned order, the Petition for divorce filed by the Appellant-husband was dismissed. Additionally, the Appellant-husband was also asked to make certain payments under the impugned order.

32.fca.1.20.18.doc The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant has stated that the payments as directed by the impugned order have been regularly paid to the Respondent-wife. Once this is the statement, we Admit the above Appeal. Call for Records and proceedings. Preparation of the paper book is dispensed with. The Appellant shall prepare a private paper book and file the same within a period of one year from today, failing which the above Family Court Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Considering that the Appellant is already paying the amounts mentioned in the impugned judgment and order and the amount is quite a paltry sum, we are not inclined to grant any stay to the impugned order. Accordingly, we dismiss the above Interim Application filed seeking a stay of the impugned order dated 26th June, 2019.
