The Applicant was the accused before the Additional Sessions Judge, Ichalkaranji, in Sessions Case No.46 of 2016. The Applicant was convicted for commission of offences punishable under sections 453 and 376(2)(l) of the I.P.C. The major sentence imposed on him was R.I. for 10 years, besides imposition of fine. 2.
