In Crime No. 627 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicant is seeking regular bail. The Applicant was arrested on 4th December 2018. After the arrest of the Applicant he is subjected to custodial interrogation. Recovery is already made. 2.
Injury certificate does not speak of any grievous injury there are no criminal antecedent against the Applicant. Civil dispute is pending between the families of Complainant and Applicant.

In view of above, a case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(A) The Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 627 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/ with one or more sureties in the like amount. (B) The Applicant shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
(C) In case if the Applicant is found involved in any other crime, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. 4.
