3.
This is an application for condoning the delay of 52 days caused in filing Civil Application for restoration of C.R.A. (St.) No.10477/2018. By order dated 29.8.2018, the applicant was given four weeks' time to remove the office objections failing which the matter was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. As the petitioner did not remove the office objections within the stipulated period, C.R.A. was dismissed for want of prosecution.
4.
For the reasons stated in the application, I am
2/2 501.CAC.8-19.doc satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 52 days as also for restoration of C.R.A. to its original position. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. After restoration, the applicant will remove the office objections within two weeks from today failing which the order dated 29.8.2018 shall stand revived without further reference to the Court. Order accordingly.
