The order impugned has been passed by the Authority under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against which the petitioner has alternate statutory remedy of either appeal or revision.

Hence, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

No costs.
