In crime No.537/2018 for offence punishable under section 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Karad Taluka police station, Karad, District Satara, the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions submits that there are no antecedents against the applicants. 4.

This Court on December 26, 2018 by a reasoned order

2 929) aba2683-18.doc granted protection to the applicant, which stands confirmed subject to the following conditions :­ i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.537/2018 for offence punishable under section 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Karad Taluka police station, Karad, District Satara, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/­ with one or two sureties in the like amount;

ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed;

iii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iv) The applicant shall co­operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
