1] The present applicant is seeking his release on bail, in the event of his arrest in relation to the F.I.R. dated 15.9.2018, registered with Jail Road Police Station, Solapur. The F.I.R. discloses that on 14.9.2018, the complainant came to be assaulted by one Arbaz Inamdar with pointed knife thereby causing grievous injury to the complainant. The F.I.R. also states that the present applicant Bilal @ Saddam, also assaulted him with fist and blows. The injury certificate produced by learned APP reveals that there is one stab injury. Undisputedly, this injury is attributed to Arbaz Inamdar and according to learned counsel for the applicant Arbaz Inamdar has 1/3
been released on bail by the Sessions Court on 17.10.2018. The weapon used in the commission of offence that is knife has also been recovered.
2] The learned APP objects this application on the ground that the vehicle on which present applicant alongwith co-accused were riding is yet to be seized. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that the said vehicle would be surrendered to the Investigating Officer within a period of three days from today. The applicant also undertakes to report the concerned police station once in a week if the investigation is to be carried out further. 3] In such circumstances, application is allowed by passing following order:-
ORDER
I] In the event of arrest of applicant, he be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-and on furnishing with one or two sureties of the like amount.
II] The applicant shall surrender the motorcycle involved in the offence, within a period of three days.
III] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

IV] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once a week as and when the Investigating Officer communicates him time and date.
