Mr. Bhosale, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the entire balance amount pursuant to the Order dated 20.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.P. No.12875 of 2023 has been paid to Respondent No.2 on 08.12.2023. He, therefore, submits that as the order has been complied with on 08.12.2023, the said delay of 18 days be condoned. He submits that the maintenance charges per month are regularly paid by the Applicant.

As the amount has already been paid on 08.12.2023, the said delay of few days is condoned.
