By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company in First Appeal No. 1903 of 2010. The appeal has been dismissed on 24.1.2019 for non compliance of the conditional order. Till date, no application is filed for restoration of the appeal. Hence, the impugned Judgment and Award has attained finality. The application is allowed. 2.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the compensation alongwith accrued interest as per the impugned judgment and award dated 2.4.2009. 3.
