Heard learned advocate Mr. Nitin Gaware for the Applicant/acquiring body.

These Applications are taken out seeking condonation of delay caused in filing Appeals challenging judgment and award dated 28.11.2022 in respective Land Acquisition References passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara. It is stated that time is required to obtain sanctions and approvals from the concerned authorities and to take legal advise from the advisers. It is submitted that the delay is not deliberate but bonafide. It is prayed that the delay be condoned.

Learned advocate for the claimants vehemently opposes the Application stating that there is no proper explanation given for delay. The reasons stated in the Application are not sufficient. 4.
This Court finds that for the maximum delay of 395 days, there is some reason assigned as to why delay is caused. 5.
Considering the reasons stated, this Court inclined to allow the Applications.
6.
The Applications stand disposed of. Delay stands condoned.
