All these Applications are preferred by the Appellant/Acquiring Body seeking stay to the execution and operation of the respective judgments and awards passed by the reference Court in respective Land Acquisition References. Applicants at the outset submit that they would deposit the amount as enhanced by the learned Reference Court along with interest till the date of depositing of the said amount within a period of 6 weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 3.
There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the judgments and awards in respective references, subject to deposit of the

In case, amount is deposited as above, liberty to the claimants to seek withdrawal. Upon making such application, Reference Court shall permit the claimants to withdraw the amount in accordance with law. 5.
