The Interim Application is taken out to set aside the Order dated 11th November 2019 passed by a learned Single Judge, by which the Writ Petition No.5630 of 1997 is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

As the Writ Petition is of the year 1997, add the same in the 'Final Hearing' board of 7th March 2025.
