In the facts of the present case, we request Respondent No.1 - the Hon'ble Minister for Textile and Co-operation, Government of Maharashtra to decide the revision application dated 11th December 2023 preferred by Petitioners, which is subject matter of this petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that application for stay iled in the said revision is pending since long time. We request Respondent No.1 - Minister to hear the Petitioner on the question of Patil-SR 1 of

501 wp 3151-25.doc grant of interim relief and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

Till the application for stay is decided, Inquiry Report dated 22nd September 2023, which is subject matter of present petition, shall remain stayed.

It is made clear that the revision preferred by the Petitioners be decided on its own merits and the Respondent No.1 shall not be inluenced by the limited protection granted by this Court considering the urgency.
