The relief prayed for by the Petitioners in this Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.1-The District Collector, Satara, to take steps for removal of unauthorized constructions on Survey No.29 and Survey No.30, village Bhose, Tal. Mahabaleshwar, District Satara. The Petitioner has made representations dated 24th April 2023 & 18th July 2024. This Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to expeditiously decide the representations dated 24th April 2023 & 18th July 2024.

If the Respondent No.1 finds substance in the representations, it is open for the Respondent No.1 to issue appropriate notices to the alleged violators and after giving an opportunity to those who are responsible for the unauthorized constructions, to take suitable action against the unauthorized constructions on Survey Nos.29 & 30 of village Bhose, Tal. Mahabaleshwar, District Satara, in accordance with law. 3.
It is pertinent to note that the aforesaid representations are made pursuant to the Order dated 2nd March 2010 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 255 of 2009.

Needless to mention that all the facts and circumstances shall be taken into consideration by Respondent No.1 before taking the representations referred to in the prayer clause to their logical conclusion.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
