Learned counsel Ms. Megha Bajoria appointed for the appellant submitted that though the appeal is of the year 2020, paperbook is prepared and the appeal is ready for hearing. It is then submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that as the evidence of prosecution is in the from of four witnesses, the appeal may not require lengthy submissions or arguments. Considering very limited number of witnesses as well as considering the fact that the appellant was dailywage contract labourer and now is the sole survivor in the family, the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the appellant for the early hearing of appeal is allowed.
