By this application, the Applicant seeking transfer of Petition (A) No.193 of 2021 pending before Family Court at Solapur to Civil Judge, Senior Division at Malshiras, District: Solapur. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant is a lady. She has no source of income. She is finding it difficult to attend the Court dates at Solapur. Hence, requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Respondent that Respondent has no source of income. He may not be able to attend Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

57-MCA-10-2025 (C).doc the Court date at Malshiras, Dist: Solapur. He may be permitted to attend the Court dates at Malshiras through Video Conference, if this Court is inclined to allow the application or reject the application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant stays at Malshiras. She is unable to attend the Court dates at Solapur. She has no source of income. It is settled principle of law that convenience of the wife has to be considered over the husband.

In view of above, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The application is allowed.

ii. The petition (A) No.193 of 2021 pending before the Family Court at Solapur be transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malshiras, Dist: Solapur. iii. The Respondent be permitted to appear through VC. If required, the Respondent shall appear before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malshiras, District: Solapur.

. The application stands disposed off.
