Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Learned A.G.P. pointed out that the S.D.O. has already heard the matter on 14th October 2025 and the same has been closed for passing Judgment/Order.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners therefore does not press the Petition. It is however submitted that the observations made by this Court in the order dated 10th October 2025 be kept in mind by the S.D.O. while passing the Judgment/Order.

It is made clear that the observations made in the order dated 10th October 2025 are prima facie in nature. We leave it open to the S.D.O. to construe the order dated 10th October 2025 accordingly. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners further submitted that the S.D.O. be directed to expedite the passing of the Judgment/Order. 6.

We have no manner of doubt that as the matter has been heard, the S.D.O. will undoubtedly make every possible endeavour to pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 8.

Petition is disposed of in above terms.
