Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, on 10th March 2025, the respondent No.3 has accepted the proposal for payment of pension to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner will be satisied if the Deputy Director of Education decides the proposal submitted by the Management on 10th March 2025 expeditiously.

In view of the above, we direct the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Director, Education along with appropriate application, Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

72-37310-2024-CWP.doc copy of this order and also the copy of proposal for pension submitted to the respondent No.3 by the Management on 3rd December 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

The Deputy Director, Education shall decide the proposal for payment of pension to the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from 3rd December 2025.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
