The present Application is moved seeking permission to amend Writ Petition. It appears that Petitioner wants to bring on record pleading as to pendency of Civil Suit before Civil Judge, Senior Division, At Pandharpur, wherein he has challenged sale deed dated 18th July 2023 and sought relief for permanent injunction. 2.

Although, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.7 & 8 vehemently opposes Application, considering nature of amendment and fact that Writ Petition is pending at pre-admission Suresh 1/2

The Amendment is to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Interim Application stands allowed and disposed of. 5.

Petitioner shall serve a copy of amend petition on Respondent.
