Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, he may be permitted to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition, and a liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same before the trial court at the very same provision. He has also made endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. However, the withdrawal of this Civil Revision Petition would no way prejudice the right of the petitioner for filing necessary petition before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P. 258 of 2020 is closed.
