Prayer in W.P.Nos.23702 and 23703 of 2012: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records and quashing that portion of the impugned order in Order No. 21/2012-Customs dated 08.08.2012 along with the Corrigendum dated 13.08.2012 by which the First Respondent has denied the immunity from prosecution and imposed the exorbitant amount of redemption fine.
