JUDGMENT

This Appeal was originally filed as A.S.No.17 of 1991 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, and subsequently transferred to this Court vide order of this court dated 25.11.1992 in Tr.CMP No.7471 of 1991 and renumbered as A.S.No.1043 of 1993.

2. This matter was listed on 04.09.2019 and on that day, there was no representation for the appellant, despite the matter being called twice. On the appellant being called and remaining absent, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 05.09.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Appellant called, absent.
