J U D G M E N T

This Appeal was originally filed as A.S.No.200 of 1990 on the file of the Court of the District Judge of South Arcot and subsequently transferred to this Court vide order of this Court dated 16.11.1992 in Tr.CMP. No.8061 of 1992 and renumbered as A.S.No.1154 of 1993.

2. This matter was listed on 05.09.2019 and on that day, there was no representation for the appellant and on the appellant being called and remaining absent, Registry was directed to list the matter today ie., on 06.09.2019, under the caption " for dismissal".
