This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Though a direction was sought to register a case against the Investigating Officer on the ground that a false F.I.R has been lodged against one Karthik on the complaint given by her mother Banu, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the respondent police as prayed for by the petitioner. appropriate complaint before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and establish his compliant.
