This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to change the 5th respondent and appoint the another Enquiry Officer U/s.81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act for conducting fresh enquiry in respect of the 4th respondent society irregularities and submit report before the 2nd respondent.
