R.Saraswathy v. The Home Secretary (Prison)

HCP.No.6/2019 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The main Habeas Corpus Petition was disposed of on 09.04.2019 and the detenu was granted parole between 12.04.2019 and 24.04.2019.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Communication of the Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison, Salem-7, dated 24.04.2019 bearing No.21575/R3/19 addressed to him stating that the detenu after availing parole, has returned back and admitted in prison at about 4.00 p.m., on 24.04.2019.

The said communication is taken on file and record.

In the light of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this petition.
