This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law to secure the ends of justice.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.
3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Madheswari, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.618 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent.
4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
